DMCA Notice
OnionPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following procedure to address copyright infringement claims.
Notification of Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or linked to on OnionPlay in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our designated copyright agent that includes the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, including the URL or link to help us locate it.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Important Note
OnionPlay does not host or upload any copyrighted files on its servers. All content available through our platform is provided by third-party sources. We act solely as an indexing service. Any legal issues regarding copyrighted material should be directed to the third-party hosting providers.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with the law.
